Simplified Textile EPR Compliance, Transformed into Value

Producer Responsibility Organization EPR · TEXTILES & FOOTWEAR

Rematrix:
, the EPR Producer Responsibility Organization ,
, an industrial solution for the textile
and footwear industries

Rematrix is the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) “ Producer Responsibility Organization ” dedicated to the textile, apparel, footwear, and sports industries. We are not just a compliance system—we are an industrial and digital infrastructure that transforms the end-of-life of products into tangible value for companies, the supply chain, and society. We simplify compliance and turn it into business value.

ABOUT US AND WHY WE EXIST

Born to Go Beyond Conformity

Rematrix was founded on the belief that extended producer responsibility should not be viewed as a bureaucratic obligation, but rather as a strategic opportunity for companies in the fashion, textile, and footwear industries. With the entry into force of EPR regulations for the textile sector, the market needs an entity capable of managing complexity, integrating the supply chain, and enabling measurable circular models.

Rematrix is the answer. A collaborative system: it brings together manufacturers, brands, importers, and retailers in the textile, apparel, footwear, sports, and home textiles sectors, and supports them in meeting their EPR obligations through a proprietary digital platform, a network of specialized industrial and technology partners, and real-world circularity projects that are already up and running.

OUR MODEL: FROM PRO EPR TO A CIRCULAR ECOSYSTEM

An industrial " Producer Responsibility Organization ,"
—not just an administrative one

What sets Rematrix apart from a simple collective compliance system is its operating model: we don’t just manage eco-fees and reporting. We start by leveraging our digital technologies to simplify compliance requirements and go even further: we build true circular supply chains, integrating the collection, sorting, and traceability of material flows, as well as the recycling or reuse of end-of-life textile products.

This means that companies that join Rematrix do more than just “comply with regulations”: they gain access to an industrial and technological ecosystem that includes take-back solutions, digital platforms for traceability, advanced multi-material recycling technologies, and a network of European partners with certified expertise in various materials.

Our Producer Responsibility Organization is specifically aimed at manufacturers, brand owners, importers, distributors, and retailers in the sports industry, where companies and consumers are more receptive to and attentive to concrete solutions like ours in the area of sustainability.
